I recently moved to Edmonton and chose Hermitage as my new dental care provider. I mainly chose it because I live very nearby. I am amazed at the care and professionalism at this office. The ladies at the desk are very kind and upfront about any costs. They will gladly list any fees that are involved, and there are no surprise fees after the fact. The providers themselves never try to convince you of the most expensive line of treatment, and they are just so nice. I couldn't be happier!

I hadn't been to a dentist in 10+ years. They made me feel welcome, and helped make sure insurance made sense etc. prior to doing anything. They were very flexible with appointment scheduling. And the level of service and care here has to be among the very best in Edmonton. 10/5 stars.

Hermitage Dental is an excellent clinic. Everyone there is consistently helpful and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout your visit. A special mention to Noorish, who is always kind and ensures you leave with a smile on your face. I would 100% highly recommend this place. The vibes are great!

I had such a wonderful experience at Hermitage Dental! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about your comfort. The office is clean, modern, and relaxing, which helped ease any nerves I had.
My appointment was smooth, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt at ease. I left feeling well taken care of and confident in my smile. I’m so glad I chose Hermitage Dental—highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care with a personal touch!

I came in with my family, my kids love coming here and they’re very gentle and professional. The front desk people were very kind and helped me out a lot with payments. The dentists and assistants were also kind! I would recommend Hermitage dental for any of your dental needs, they’re very gentle here!

This was my first appointment with this group. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Dr. Uppal’s assistant understood my health situation and was respectful of my needs. Dr. Uppal was friendly and came up with a treatment plan which he explained in full detail including step by step procedures. The front desk had an invoice ready and explained how to read it include amount covered by insurance and what I owe. Overall, a pleasant expetience.

I had yet another wonderful experience at this dental office today. I went in for my 6month cleaning and Reshma did such an excellent job. On top of that she was kind, polite, and respectful. The ladies at the front desk were also so pleasant and welcoming. Keep up the great service ladies, you are guys are all 👌👍.

From front desk to sitting in the dentist chair it’s a great experience all-round. I needed quite a bit of work done and I’ve not once felt overwhelmed, like I have in the past. After getting my teeth done it was time to get fitted for dentures. I’ve needed a pair for a while so it’s a plus they offer the service here as well.

I had a great experience at my recent dental visit! Noor, the receptionist, greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. Reshma, my hygienist, was exceptional—she did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and was incredibly sweet. Dr. Ranjit Uppal was very kind and professional. I also had teeth whitening done, and I'm thrilled with the results. I look forward to my next appointment with this wonderful team!

Been going here for several years now. Usually I’m early and get in earlier than the appointment or right on time. So they keep a tight schedule. Shreya was my hygienist today super easy to work with. She has a background in orthodontics and I’m doing Invisalign so that was a good match. I like to learn something about dentistry whenever I visit so I am more informed about what is going on. And here I typically do. Front staff is always friendly and kind. Dentist was good listener.

Dr. Uppal is amazing! I have had so many problems with my teeth over the course of my life and have had numerous fillings/ crowns and seen many different dentists. Dr. Uppal is great with patients. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and he really cares about making it a comfortable experience. He explains everything as he is doing it. He is thorough and patient! This is the first time that when the crown came back from the lab it fit perfect and he took the time to reduce the tooth sensitivity prior to putting it on rather than rushing to freeze my mouth.

I've been going Hermitage dental for years with family. Nice service, no wasting time when you on schedule. My son had his crown done early this year you can't see any difference. I just got 3 cavities filling, I don't feel a thing... Thanks to Dr Patel and Norish for their great job. Explanation during the process and good communication kept me very calm

They are amazing in every aspect!! Been going here since I was a teenager, and every experience has been great! Dr. Patel is amazing, he really listens to your concerns and cares about his patients. Noor at the front desk is great! She checks in with you before, and after every appointment, and really takes the time to ask questions, so I never feel like I’m being rushed out the door. At my last appointment, I brought my niece and nephew with me because I couldn’t find a sitter. She kept them company while I was in the back, and even gave them some toys. The kids honestly loved her! All the staff there are so great, and you can tell that they are like a family. There’s also a hygienist (who’s name I’m unsure of) but she was so nice, and hilarious as well, she had me cracking up the whole time during my appointment lol. I don’t think I could ever find a dental office better than this one, if I could give them more stars, I totally would!
